Her professional foundation is equally distinctive. As the founding Program Director of the Family Managed Business Program at the Centre for Executive Education, IBA Karachi, Aysha built one of Pakistan’s most respected family business education platforms from the ground up. Over two decades of working closely with business owners, next-generation leaders, and family stakeholders has given her an unusually deep understanding of family business psychology — how owners think, how decisions are made under pressure, how conflict starts, and how it can be resolved before it becomes irreversible.

Aysha is a SECP Certified Board Director and a gold medalist from IBA. She is a recipient of a postgraduate research scholarship from NUFFIC, the Netherlands Organisation for Cooperation in Higher Education. She speaks at family business conferences, chambers, and educational institutions internationally, and writes regularly on the issues that matter most to family business owners.
